It doesn't have to be that way!

Just because society has ingrained you to "suck up" to the "perceived power" and the "perceived authority" of the Intensive Care team, doesn't mean that you are helpless!

Just because 99% of the families of critically ill Patients in Intensive Care have no peace of mind, no control, no power and no influence doesn't mean that you need to stay in that 99% bracket!

How do I know?

After more than 15 years Intensive Care nursing in three different countries and after I have literally worked with thousands of critically ill Patients and their families, I have seen and learned the difference.
